Conditions of Use

  1. Product Descriptions - ROCKSoft Online attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If in doubt about a certain product, you may Contact Us. before making any purchases.

  2. Pricing - Except where noted otherwise, the Price of products posted on our website represents the full retail or wholesale prices as suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day.

    With respect to items sold by ROCKSoft Online, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you made an order; Since all orders are non-binding, we will eventually discover if pricing errors occur and we will do one of the following:

    • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will change the price to the lower amount and inform you the corrected details.
    • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before payment and shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.


  3. Orders, Cancellation of Orders and Payment Terms - All orders are non-binding and will only be finalized when payments have been made by you and subsequently received by ROCKSoft Online. As long as we have not received payment from you, you can cancel your order anytime by informing us via email, and state the order number you wish to cancel and if possible the reason for the said cancellation.

    Payment terms are within ROCKSoft Online's sole discretion, and, unless otherwise agreed to by ROCKSoft Online, payment must be made before items are shipped or delivered. In some rare cases, we can ship the item first and payment can be made after the item is received.

    Payment for a Product may be made using any of the following Payment Methods.

    If Item is to be shipped via Courier Service:
    • Bank Deposit to our BPI Account
    • Bank Deposit to our Banco De Oro Account
    • Bank Deposit to our China Bank Account
    • Bank Deposit to our Metro Bank Account
    • Check or Money Order (requires clearing with our bank)


    If Item is to be picked-up at a pre-agreed location:
    • Cash Basis
    • Bank Deposit to any of our Banks listed above


    Note: WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT METHODS:
    • Credit Card
    • ATM Card
    • G-Cash
    • Smart Money
    • Western Union
    • Lhuiller

    Finally, your order is subject to cancellation by ROCKSoft Online, at its sole discretion. ROCKSoft Online is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any of it's offer and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

  4. Shipping Charges and Risk Of Loss - Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. All items purchased from ROCKSoft Online are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Upon receipt of item, you must notify ROCKSoft Online within 3 days from the date you received your product if you believe any part of your purchase is missing or wrong.

  5. Warranties - THE LIMITED WARRANTIES APPLICABLE TO MOST OF OUR PRODUCTS CAN BE FOUND HERE.

  6. Service and Tech Support - Service offerings may vary from Product to Product. ROCKSoft Online has no obligation to provide service or tech support until it has received full payment for the Product you purchased. ROCKSoft Online is not obligated to provide service or tech support for similar products you purchase through a third party and not directly from ROCKSoft Online.   8. Children - ROCKSoft Online does not sell products for purchase by children. If we carry children's products, it is intended for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may do business with ROCKSoft Online only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

  9. Electronic Communications - When you visit ROCKSoft Online or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Limitation of Liability - ROCKSoft Online DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, ROCKSoft Online WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY. YOU AGREE THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCT, ROCKSoft Online IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE PURCHASED AMOUNT FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT TO THE CONTRARY, THE REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL APPLY EVEN IF SUCH REMEDIES FAIL THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

  11. Changes to Terms Of Business (a.k.a. Conditions of Use) - Our Terms of Business is subject to change without prior notice.
