Limited Warranty Conditions of ROCKSoft Online

Most products from ROCKSoft Online will be warranted for 1 week by their respective manufacturer &/or distributors.

For handheld consoles like Gameboy, PSP and Nintendo DS Lite, ROCKSoft Online will offer 1 year Free Service Warranty. However, any parts replaced will be shouldered by the buyer.

ROCKSoft Online, through its manufacturers &/or distributors, warrants its product to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, ROCKSoft Online will, at its option, or through the manufacturer's option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by ROCKSoft on a waiting period basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new.

This warranty does not cover any damage to a product that resulted from accident, abuse, misuse, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, upgrade/downgrade of firmware, cross-flashing of firmware or custom modifications.

This warranty does not cover dissatisfaction for a particular product.
